Instead of continuing to pay the host costs of meetup.com we decided to start our own blog. It will hopefully become a better replacement for meetup.com with functionality and tools that we didn’t have before.
I registered nihongoorlando.com and now I just have to direct it to our page. Denika, myself and other creative types will be working on its appearance through the next couple of weeks. Japanese Good News on meetup.com will be out temporary base of operation until we’re at a good spot.

So I was going through our Flickr page and looking at the stats on some pictures. The photo with the most favorites is Denika’s button bracelette:
and the photo with the most views (6,290 as of 1/3) is my zombie hand bookmark:
Hopefully we can create some new art this year that catches more attention! Denika has been crocheting more critters and I have some new illustrations in the works. We might be in a “couples” art show in February and get a chance to show some of our new art.
